How HK can help
Health Kinesiology™ is utilised for a variety of reasons. Some use it alongside conventional medical care to help them manage or cope with a specific physical, emotional or psychological problem. Others use it as a means of relaxation, or to help maintain good mental health and a sense of general wellbeing.
Now more than ever we need to take more responsibility for our own health. Stress is often at the root of poor health and affects our immune system. Reducing stress can strengthen our immune system and promote health and wellbeing.
When life is out of balance this shows up in our bodies physically, emotionally and psychologically. Whether it’s lack of sleep; exposure to pesticides; personal use of chemicals such as drugs, alcohol, caffeine and nicotine; anxiety and worry; anger or bereavement; food allergies; infection or injury; relationship, financial or career pressures, we all experience imbalance and some point and this can be reflected in our bodies.
It manifests in physical symptoms, or thoughts and feelings. Sometimes it’s just a feeling of things being ‘off’ but not being able to identify what it is. This is our body wisdom indicating that we need to do something to address these to bring our life back into balance. Our body wisdom can communicate what is needed through gentle muscle testing.

HK uses a wide range of gentle but powerful energy techniques to restore balance to the meridian energy system, using muscle testing as well as verbal questions to find out why your physical, emotional, chemical and nutritional systems are out of balance and how to start improving the balance.
